I have 2x trolley keys on my wallet & 2x on my keys. I have used it twice: one positive experience & one frustrating experience at Woolworths. 1st time they worked like a charm. 2nd time I struggled with them. I have a feeling it is more than likely the trolleys locks than the trolley keys though because I have had issues with coins not working either.
