Synopsis
The author lives in a small town in Western Pennsylvania in the same home that she and her late husband bought over 66 years ago. She has three grown children, eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Several of them live in different parts of our country. These precious ones are the reason for this book, so there is a record of sorts, to tell them how things were 'back then.'The book tells of her family and the events they shared from the time she was born during the Great Depression (including the hardships of World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and the Gulf Wars) to the present. It includes the way most all the families she knew lived during this time period.Included are several color photographs of people, places, and things important to the story. This is the regular (not highest) quality photographs. All profits from the sale of this book will be donated to charity.

The book shipped and arrived very quickly. It was packaged adequately and in good condition, as described. The photo was accurate and the price was good. I was pleasantly surprised to find a poster of the cover art for the book included and folded in the back of it. The seller was very good and I'd be happy to purchase from them again in the future.
