The Canadian crooner goes for broke on this second formal set of studio recordings. It was recorded at the famed Capitol Tower, in the same studio that saw sessions laid down for greats like Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin and Ella Fitzgerald. Among the material arrangers are Patrick Williams and Sammy Nestico who were brought in to give an authentic feel to "More" and "As Time Goes By". Grammy Lifetime Achievement winner Al Schmitt recorded and mixed all the big band tracks. This edition also includes a cover of the song that the Propellerheads wrote specifically for Dame Shirley Bassey, "History Repeating"!
