Product as described, plus prompt delivery, too. The HDD was very well protected by the Air Sac packing and strong, cardboard box. This is how sellers should pack and protect delicate items, so much appreciated. As for the HDD, it was safely installed with no problems. A quick check with CrystalDiskInfo revealed that it's in "GOOD" condition, so I'm very pleased for the money paid. I'll definitely use Doctor Memory again in the future. Excellent service. A+++++
