I ordered this replacement wheel for delivery out of country. I appreciate the efforts of the seller. The item was exactly as described. The only problem was it got lost in transit due to the shipping company. The autorimshop customer service was exceptional. They immediately tracked the package, and when they realized it was lost, they shipped a new one expedited and it arrived on time. My baby has a new shoe and it is awesome. Would gladly shop again.
