Here is a new take off cat from a parts lot i got. for touring models. has cat in it yet. as you can see next to no blueing hat the head so hardly ever run. as even 3 minutes would have blues it much more then it is.

Great sound from OEM head pips, without the high$, not sure on the heath & Dino readings at this time, got to add slip on's and fuel managing system. If you are looking to get more power out of your street glide and cool it down, this is the way to go. I already had a high flow intake and tuner but didn’t really see and big difference till I added this pipe. Bike runs good and noticeably cooler too. Does the same thing as dresser duals for 1/5 the price!
After you open the well packed box, the first you'll think... God what happened to the chrome??? This thing looks awful...it must be a million miles old? Then you'll take your off (mine had 6,000 miles) and it looked worse! I lightly sanded it and used silver very high tempeture header paint. I have a 2015 road king with Reinhardt slip on mufflers, the bike just didn't have that sound I was looking for. A friend of mine told me about gutting the cat and after looking into it and wanting it done right I decided to look on eBay to see if anyone has one for sale. I put the order in and received the header 3 days later, wow I was shocked! Like a kid in a candy store I quickly ran to the garage and installed the header on my bike. BINGO! that beautiful sound I wanted and the throttle response and power feels better! is it a $600 true duel header? Fit perfectly
After putting it off for quite some time, I finally got these installed. Bike sounds WAY better, it runs better, and I'm betting cooler as well (there hasn't been enough warm weather in Colorado this spring to find out for sure). I installed a set of RC Exhaust at the same time, so I don't know how much the better sound is the exhaust or these header pipes. I just know it runs better and sounds awesome. Awesome Exhaust Alternative
These are a great option for anyone not looking to spend the money on a set of Dresser Duals or True Duels. The additional benefit you get is that you know its OEM so there aren’t any fitment issues. Welding work is good and uses all original hardware that you already have. Not disappointed with this purchase and would easily recommend to anyone looking for header pipes.

Perfect alternative to expensive aftermarket headers
I found this on eBay after unsuccessfully looking all over the Internet for reasonably priced aftermarket headers. I installed these headers, the H-D SE Stage I intake (p/n 29400234) and tuned with my V&H FP3. My Street Glide now has great performance and sound. The workmanship is flawless. Fit was perfect.
