I'm giving it a Neutral score because the espresso machine kinda works. It's fine. It just doesn't get pressure if you do not use the single basket that it came with. Tried so many different things and the only answer I found online is that the beans might've not been grinded fine enough which means theres a problem with the grinder... For $400 I expected more. Might be better to buy a machine and grinder separately. But hey. Kinda works.
