I purchased this item to make a KETO recipe at an upcoming dinner party only to find it was hard as a rock when i received it. I contacted seller to which they agreed it was unusable so they sent me a new vacuum seal pack only to find when it too arrived it was hard as a rock. It was like a brick. I cut the package open thinking the product would settle but it too was still hard as a rock. It would not break down or crumble and is again unusable. When I re-contacted the seller he was very rude.
