    New as described, $12.86 shipping seems awful high for 4 small items that fit inside a padded 9x7 envelope, and weighed 8 ounces. I admit I don't know what the "ground advantage" rates are, but it still seems high for that small package. Otherwise, Iron Planet Hobbies has always been a great company to do business with, and I won't hesitate to buy from them again. A+++++

    quality plastic buildings

    good detail - plastic in windows looks good - no open edges or ill fitting pieces - no flashing present - decent paint job on the buildings - foundation bases unscrew to put lighting in or add more detail to interiors if you desire .
