Item exactly as described, not made in Europe unfortunately, however the quality is good enough for the price, If you dress in layers during winter and want to use this as a Top Layer, I'd recommend selecting the next size up.

I'm always nervous about buying from out of the country, as the 'you can return it...' is a bit useless really as you usually have to pay the postage... Anyway..., I took the punt on this and must quickly say, absolutely spot on. A good price for something that is exactly as described, that was well-packed, and delivered quickly. I may well buy more from this supplier if I go down the military route for my steampunk outfit.
