They explained the issue - they found the item was not up to proper standards so didn't want to ship it. They gave me the option of it coming later, or a refund. I chose the refund solely for the reason that I needed it at a specific time for a specific event. They were very reasonable and nice about my choice and I greatly appreciated that.
