    Glasses were scratched prior to being shipped to me. When I told the seller, asking for a partial credit for the imperfections, he told me to "file a claim with the usps" and didn't want to take any responsibility. It's not the buyer's fault that you didn't check the item prior to shipping it out. Seller had a very bad attitude. Pretty much blamed me for the scratches. Wouldn't Only do business with again. Seller only offered a partial credit when I told him i would contact ebay support.

    BEWARE, A REAL SCAMMER, asked for discount that was denied so then claimed damaged in shipping once received but when I referred to post office as item was insured, she the wanted to keep if I gave a partial credit, when refund was denied, she gave negative feedback. Multiple sales of these new, factory sealed glasses that are NOT damaged as seen on my description page. I pride on my sales & 20+ yrs of excellent customer service but there will always be a sneaky buyer demanding a fraud discount.
