The speakers arrived on time. Unfortunately, they didn't work as advertised. It's possible they got damaged during shipping. However, the seller was truly helpful in trying to find another pair like the ones purchased. When unable to find another pair, they gave me a refund and I never asked for it. That goes to show the level of professionalism this seller has. I have no problems using their service again because of their commitment to satisfy the customer. I highly recommend them!
