    Magic Tree House Books are Winners!

    Magic Tree House books are the perfect beginning chapter for young readers. As a reading specialist, I found these books in the 1990's when looking for high interest early chapter books for my students. These books have it all - adventure, mystery, learning, and fun. They are engaging to all readers while taking them on journeys where they are constantly learning new things. The readability spans from 2nd to 4th grade level, but the interest level goes far beyond. What makes this series even better is that the fiction books also have a non-fiction book to go with it. A very young reader will enjoy them, as well as older readers. This past Christmas I gave a set of the Magic Tree House books to my great niece and she is completely hooked.
