One is Good, Two Are Amazingly Useful
This scraper is already a handy, easy-to-store item, but when you team it up with another one...!!! What a boon! Easily lifts ALL the pieces of minced onions/peppers/etc from the cutting board simultaneously - did I mention not losing any juices from chopping or cutting either? Do yourself a favor and buy one (preferably two!) of these.

Handy Kitchen Utensil

Multipurpose baker's tool!
This scraper is the cat's meow when it comes to making cinnamon rolls! You can use it as a "stop" for when you're rolling it up. Then you use it to slice each section! Afterwards you use the rubber end to scrape up the flour and whatnot! It's awesome!
