Left it for 24 hours, smell not that bad and soon dissapated. First night sleeping on it, woke up every hour! it was trying to get used to me. Since then has been great, very comfortable, my aches and pains are so much better in the morning. Thank you.

I queried it and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good quality mattress very firm. Box arrived damaged but I think it’s just due to weight of mattress inside but no damage to mattress inside of box. Just a problem with Yodel who spoilt it by failing to deliver on 2 days and times that they stated by emails was out for delivery (even though they knew it was not going to be delivered on these 2 days and it was at their Selby Depot on both days as no room on the van (which I found out later!) on the 3rd day in a row they finally delivered was not the Seller’s fault but I had alot of messing about going on live chat with Yodel over the 2 days at various times
