The seller ended up giving me a partial refund for the issue but it required a lot of back and forth and he was arguing with me about it and how he shouldn't have to since he already gave me a deal since he sent through an offer for like $10 off on the purchase. Got the partial refund so it was alright, but wouldn't shop from this seller again as it was a pain.
