    Seller did repair the cracked iPad screen, and it's useable, but one can tell it was not a perfect repair job. There are two "bubbles" on the screen and light bleeding all around the edge. You get what you pay for. Next time, I would opt to pay more and get an entire new LCD screen.

    My experience with this service has been unfortunate.I sent in an iPad Pro with only the outer glass broken.The device was repaired and returned,but the Face ID no longer worked, a permanent line appeared on the screen, and the new glass wasn’t securely attached,making it too loose.The iPad then went into a reboot loop for two days.I hoped to save money and keep the original digitizer, but I ended up with a nonfunctional device.The seller did agree to a full refund,which is why I’m giving 2 star

    claims made are just claims made. I saw no proof of any of this. i asked for photos, i asked for proof. I got nothing. We do ipad refurbishing everyday ive personally done probably 5-6k ipad refurbs. Again we saw no proof it seems someone wanted a free repair job. Most buyers are good, but ebay does draw some scammers.
