Great capacity with heaps of programs. Can take a bit to figure out what settings work best to ensure the clothes come out dry. Great energy efficiency. Quiet operation

Does not look like brand new.
Very poor package inside, no plastic bag, therefore a lot of dust on the machine, make it look like a used one. Also found three dents on the side wall. Dryer is working fine after first use.
