    7 Weeks to 100 Push-ups is a well written, no nonsense book geared toward the fitness novice or someone getting back into shape after a long layoff. The book addresses people with no experience with push-ups through those with some level of training. I was a competitive power lifter for many years. Injuries took their toll on my shoulders and I have resorted to bodyweight exercises. This book gives some very good ideas on incorporating push-ups into a new routine. Almost anyone should be able to accomplish what the title implies.

    I have a goal to be able to do 100 Push - ups by mid - July and I came across this book and the coincidence was crazy , I had to get it. I am also running a push up challenge group and I'm using this book to run it. if you want to be able to achieve doing push ups grab this book. it's awesome thank you Steve Speirs

  • 100 in 7 weeks

    I only did 76pushups in seven weeks but that was a he'll of a lot better than the 15 max I started with. I recommend this book as it is a guide that gets you off your butt if you commit to it.
