Condition is brand new and I would say good value but then you can see it is a quality item. Good variety of colours too.

But customer service excellent, as is product and seller offered to remedy but I needed to return 2 items to ensure they sent the right match which was too much trouble for me so at my suggestion gave me a 20% refund. So would definitely recommend them as despite issues very professional, great communication and product.

I sent the seller a message when I returned it on the day received. I sent it back by Royal Mail tracked 48 & I attached a photo of the Post Office receipt. The seller did not even acknowledge my message, let alone refund me. I had to open a case with ebay to get a refund. I didn't get a refund of the cost of return, so in effect, I was refunded only £4.40. A WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY!!!
