Well packed and Fast postage. The unit also came with the OEM power supply unlike other sellers that swap them out for cheap replacements. Unfortunately my unit suffered from bad coil whine (but this is more a Dell/Intel hardware issue and not an issue with the seller) so ended up returning and getting a refund which was also an easy hassle-free process. Overall I would still rate this as a positive buying experience with eBay and bufferstock and I would buy from them again
