Good but not perfect.
The case provides good protection from drops and the extended front and rear of the of the case does a good job of protecting the front screen and camera lense. The semi rough exterior makes the phone easy to handle and helps to prevent dropage. The clip on the holster seems to be well built and holds on to your belt when you sit down. The design of the clip also makes it easy to remove. Disadvantages. the phone is a little difficult to remove from holster especially when driving. You have to be careful not to drop the phone when unsnaping it from the holster. The other reported and observed disadvantage to Otter Box Cases is that they use a hard plastic insert with little nubs that press against the outside edge of the phone or iPad to keep it secure in the case. The phone is very secure but the little nubs wear groves into the sides of your phone and damage the edge of the phone or iPad at each of the locations where the little nub touches the phone. Otter Box should consider adding some sort of pading to the contact points or make the contact the full length of the case. Overall I still like the case and i cured the contact point issue with a little Duct Tape.

solid, clean, new, or very nice second hand product.
Clean, Sturdy product, worth the money invested. My only complaint is I wish it simply came with a simple set of instructions for my daughter to install, as she was very frustrated and almost broke her phone trying to figure it out before I got home to assist her. ( lol , kids ) But overall, a very good product.
