    The hat is somewhat as described. It’s difficult to tell because it was packaged poorly. A felt hat was shipped from China to the US in a bag. It did not arrive completely flat but almost. I will try to steam and reshape it to the best of my ability but adding a few dollars to the cost so that you could ship it properly would have made a happy customer. I would not have minded paying a little more for a product I did not have to “fix” upon arrival. Delivery timeframe was as expected
