    Help for Diabetics, this suppresant, like the original Fisherman's Friend does the job of soothing that anoying caugh without sugar. A good thing.

    Product as stated. Great for diabetics who need sugar free lozenges. Good product, I have been a user of Fisherman's Friend Caugh supressants for years. This is the first time I found the sugar free product. Very pleased with them.

    Not your typical hard-candy type lozenge. They're better!

    To be honest, these lozenges were not what I expected... because I failed to carefully read the item description. My bad. I expected the standard hard candy type of cough drop. Nonetheless, I recommend them highly. They truly work better for helping with sore throat, sinus congestion, etc.
