      Helps but doesn't stick to controller properly

      Pro: Provides some damping which helps control. Con: Plastic ring doesn't stick to adhesive backing very well -- could be due to manufacturer not having properly cleaned off mold release compound prior to applying 3M double-stick adhesive, which holds well to controller. Edges are a bit rough, not well finished.
