STAY AWAY!! This shell is not good whatsoever. The sizing is off to the point where I was cutting and melting pieces of the plastic off to make the motherboard fit. The UMD door doesn't even close. I'm just unsatisfied with everything, the only good thing about this experience was that the shipping was fast. But at what cost if the product is doo doo. Waste of money and bigger waste of time.

To add more context, this buyer made a purchase, threatened negative feedback if we didn't offer a refund before the item even arrived to them (It was still in shipment). We always welcome returns and apologize if quality isn't up to par, we are not perfect, but it appears they were attempting to extort our shop for a free item instead. Plastic PSP shells need some slight hand fitting (shaving off bits of excess plastic) but that's a manufacturing issue and not related to seller and likely present on all shells being sold by various vendors. No issues with seller or shipping, would recommend.

This case isn't the best quality, and I mean that in terms of assembly and internal fitting. There were multiple areas of moulding flash that had to be trimmed and the cage for the cartidges just barely fits with the rubber shock absorbers installed. Once it's all put together it looks good, byt again, the manufacturing and tolerances could be improved.
