Because when I brought the error to the sellers attention, they IMMEDIATELY corrected the concern offering me the pictured item or a refund and didn’t ask for the incorrectly shipped item back. MISTAKES HAPPEN, but it’s what happens after that to which define a great seller or a fraud. Great job A++++

They replied promptly and refunded the entire cost of the cartridges. Excellent customer service, something that is unfortunately disappearing.
