    Item appears to be new internally, but did not come with a manual or in it's original box but a cardboard box and was wrapped with a bit of paper, no padding. The power base has scratches and marks so it appears that it could be used or for out on display(?). Cost of kettle was good - Postage costs seem to be a little high.
