Avri the courier in my opinion have a bad reputation do not respect people's parcels. On contacting the seller with photos I was offered 20% off the price but I did not take matter further as I had a bereavement in the family. If the above did not happen then the experience with the seller was positive.

Really awful company to deal with. Cost me over £30 to send them back They didn't even send the right product to start with. Ad says 600w and sent out 800w. This company is shockingly bad in every way possible.
