Not sure why it doesn't come with a hardened bolt, but once I cut the original soft bolt out, and replace with a grade 8 bolt, hopefully I will be able to get a door changed. So far, it hasn't moved a single pin, and the bolt is destroyed. I remain hopeful, the concept is simple, and should work. The bottle opener works great. Thanks
