      Went beyond my expectations in resolving issue! I ordered the item on July 3. It had not arrived by August 12. The tracking number showed the item was shipped, but it hadn't reached the USA or been logged anywhere after the Cairo sorting office on July 18. I contacted the seller through the eBay form to report the item as not received. I checked that I still wanted the item. He gave me a full refund immediately. Even if my item is lost in the mail, he honorably made sure I did not lose my money.
