Product was shipped fast and packaged well, instructions were difficult but assembly was eventually figured out. rack stayed put at highway speeds and was quieter in the wind than expected. We now can bring our kayaks while towing our camper adding more activity potential while camping. I am overall impressed and look forward to using this for many years.
