But (as was my case), I needed to invert the Tx/Rx lines using the FTDI FT_Prog and unfortunately the changes committed to the internal EEPROM would not stick. Very weird, and the cause was unresolved, but the seller was very good about it and hopefully someone can identify what is going on (is it me or the machine?).

I had forgotten about the TX/RX LEDS, and during my initial testing lit up beautifully while data flashed across my putty window. It's in perfect condition, will be very useful for my testing purposes and looks great! High value for very little cost.

Australia Post in Welshpool, Perth were absolutely terrible. 10 days overdue and the tracking information was useless. The package got from Melbourne to Perth in record time then it sat at the depot for 12 days with a constant message to say it had been processed. 28 times in fact with the ETA being pushed out every time it was processed. Auspost need new management.
