The Sanyo CXVT remote was shipped quickly, and arrived in excellent cosmetic condition, meticulously wrapped with an oversized cardboard and bubble wrap, and placed within a large brown envelop which was further folded and taped for maximum protection of the item. I am very impressed with the attention to details of Mr. Brian Brown, whose name was the shipper on the envelop. I would have commented on the function of the remote, but the projector which I bought from a different seller never came.
