      Great value, but a tricky installation

      Be sure to fit the outside end of the spring into the shroud FIRST. - Leave the zip tie on, pull to reduce the diameter of the coil. -Fit it inside the shroud. -Hold in down like an octopus. -Very carefully connect the inside end to the starter pulley. -Carefully put the pulley into the shroud, while trying very hard to keep the spring from going BOING! -Bend down the tabs to keep the pulley in. -Wind up the spring loaded pulley and hold it with a squeeze spring clamp. -melt bolt ends of the new rope and put the handle on one end. -slip the other end of the rope through the shroud and into the pulley and tie a stopper knot. - carefully remove your spring clip and let the spring draw in the rope. -adjust the length of the rope so the handle contacts the shroud. - reinstall the ...
