The seller kept me informed of the whereabouts of my item from the start (2nd Dec) and chased when I said it was late. It was supposed to arrive on 7th but I received it on 11th. I am happy about the customer service. I am annoyed about the courier service used as their website stated delivered Saturday when in fact it has arrived today, Monday. I am also surprised to see Amazon packaging - I was not expecting that.

My package said: delivered in my garden, UNTRUE! Luckily my package was brought to me by the person from the wrong address it was delivered to! It was also in an Amazon carboard envelope? I had to deal with a very defensive seller when I contacted him to inform him of the worrying delivery issue of my parcel showing an untruthful tracking record. He kind of denied it branding his service almost faultless! BE AWARE your package could get lost somewhere as I was just lucky to get mine!!
