      The Pit

      Great video for just about everyone. Many of the techniques are ones many people probably already use. There are also many that people may not know about. Either way, there is something for everyone. A great cardio workout, but definately not an instructional. Lots of pushups and punches. This video won't make you Chuck Liddell, but will definately get you in great shape. If you like this video you should also check out Bas Rutten's workout videos. Both workouts are great because you can do them just about anywhere. No excersise equipment needed. I have both videos and they compliment each other. Bas's videos have really helped my hand speed with my combinations as well as my cardio. I bought The Pit for something new in my workout routine. I really like the no nonsense ...

      Finally "Man-ly" work out video

      If you are looking to do a workout at home or in a hotel room but you do not want to jump around like a ferry with cheesy music then this is for you. Not only is this the toughest workout video I've ever tried but its not cheesy either. John Hackleman is very straight forward and tests your physical and mental toughness through out the video with some dry humor along the way. I'm in very good shape lifting weights several times a week along with running and this workout still kicks my butt. If you’re looking for a real fighting video that will increase your endurance and toughness look no further. This is not for the faint of heart and guys will not feel wimpy doing this work out video because trust me you will not be dancing around and watching guys in spandex. I would recommend this to ...

      Great Product for getting in shape the old fashioned way...working hard.

      Just as advertised for a great price. This is a long, challenging workout with little "frills" just making your body work and sweat. Id reccommend this to someone who wants to get in shape without wasting your time buying some ab machine that promises something in 10 mins a day. This is a real workout for real people.

      The pit mma workout

      I was tired of running on the tread mill day in and day out, so i started looking for a dvd i good do from home that would tax my limits. I found this dvd and being an mma fan it felt like a good fit. Ten minutes into the dvd i couldnt breath and was sore for three days! I am in decent shape already, but this training regimine is intense. This is not for the weak.

      THE PIT IS GREAT

      I BOUGHT THIS DVD BECAUSE I AM A HUGE FAN OF CHUCK LIDDELL SO THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT IT IS THAT CHUCK REALLY ISN'T IN IT VERY MUCH. THIS IS A GREAT WORKOUT DVD THOUGH, JOHN MAKES IT FUN AND YOU REALLY DO SEE RESULTS. I HAVE LOST 20 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS. SO WITH A GOOD DIET AND WITH HARD WORK YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE IN THE MIRROR AND ON THE SCALE. VERY SATISFIED!
