Per item listing, I assumed I was buying from a seller within the U.S. Package shipping label indicates that shipment originated in India, not New York. Seller was responsive in communications and stated this his/her shipping partner in NY was experiencing some shipment logistics issues resulting in delivery delay.

I first rated this seller as negative because of cencern about a scam. He first said that they would ship Fed Ex and I would receive it in 4 days. Then they said it would by UPS and gave me a tracking number, but it was not a valid tracking number for either Fed Ex or UPS. Then he said it was being shipped by USPS. The package finally arrived 3 weeks later, He has since issued a partial refund, so I have changed the rating to positive.

I am borderline profound deaf and as a lifelong hearing aid user this iis an amazing hearing instrument I am 100% satisfied and pleased with this purchase and the seller. The delivery was a little slow but it was not the sellers fault because the postal service (USPS) failed to process the package in a timely manner. Once the USPS moved it along it arrived in a matter os 3 days. I highly recommend this eBay seller if you are in the market for a hearing aid.
