    The tiles were boxed and shipped with hardly any protective packing so all the tiles were broken. They were boxed in a lightweight cardboard USPS priority mailer. Very disappointed. Seller wanted me to go to the post office to file an insurance claim and the PO said no way. They weren't responsible for the poor packaging. Seller agreed to refund my money if I shipped the broken tiles back. I did. EBay sent me a message that the seller was disputing it. I got a partial refund only.
