Clicking "Item description from the seller" gave a picture showing a black box with a solar panel on top, a coil of red-and-white poly-rope, and yellow icons saying "2.5-4 km coverage", "IP54 Waterproof", "5200 mAh Li-ON battery" "Item description from seller" was totally misleading. All that arrived was a roll of poly-rope. No black box. No solar panel. No battery. Rope has been returned to seller 10 days ago, $18.95. No reply yet.
