    This seller had a couple details wrong on the description, but I understood what I was purchasing. Item was in great condition and appearance. This seller still hasn't corrected the description for the item I purchased. They drop ship their items with an up charge from big chain stores. Regardless, my purchase was still cheaper than going to a brick and mortar store, or buying online after shipping charges. Would still highly recommend.

    Works fine, holds more hose than expected. If anchored to the ground, cranking in hose is easy. If loose, more effort is required to keep from moving and tilting over.

    Good/but smaller than expected.

    OK, to be far this items seems to be a quality item, similar the the reel, I previously had. That is where I offer my caution. If you had a reel that looked identical that could hold 250' of hose this one is not. I don't think anything is misleading in the sales info, but from the photo it is really easy to assume it is the same item... identical/but smaller. Worked out well for me since I had an alternate spot to use it, but wasn't what I expected so read the details. Thanks.

    For the price, this little gem is perfect for your back-yard hose. Keeps it out of the walk and stores it perfectly. Not so big and bulky like others I have seen and used.

    Hose roller box- Need to use the pad for foot !

    Works well but is very lightweight. I have to put my foot on the pad that’s provided to hold the box down when I roll up hose. Awkward to keep from jumping around as U crank. Hopefully it will last for a few years.
