This is a refurbished unit that was okay physically but had most of the information on the case blacked out with what appeared to be a laundry pen. Booted directly to home screen without going through Google set-up and was initially slow and glitchy. Did a complete factory reset, signed into Google which seem to speed up response time considerably. Since then has been running in excellent fashion, good battery life, plays video apps and Slingplayer content without hangups or stoppages, no problem rendering web pages, plays simple video games well. Minor drawbacks might be the touch screen which takes a good jab at times to get it to respond and there's a ton of AT&T bloatware on it, some probably runs in the background and I don't like for security reasons. At the price of $49.99 however, your're getting a serious tablet that way outclasses no name Asia types that seem built to keep kids happy.Read full review

This is a nice little AT&T tablet. If you just look at the tablet's features, there is nothing particular that jumps out at you - there are many tablets with more memory and better screens. But if you're looking for a low cost tablet with a sim card (for receiving wireless internet on the go), you can't beat it. Thumbs up.

Although I have not spent any time on it myself, my wife is very pleased with the overall feel, the screen is very nice compared to comparable tablets, sufficient amount of storage, very good system response as well as reliable wifi connectivity, battery life is fair to good... might last a whole day with average use. value for my dollar is great, improve the battery life and make it an unlocked version and you've got a 5 star entry level tablet.

Picked this up on ebay, for about $50. Was going to use it in my AT&T share plan, which would require an extra SIM card, and I guess, more $$ per month, but remembered, I can use my ASUS Smartphone as a hotspot, so, I connected here at home to try it, and also tried my home Wi-Fi, both were more than satisfactory for my needs! This tablet seems to be pretty darned fast, compared to only two other tablets I have ever had, and the ultimate need for it, is in the TRUCK, on the road 5 or 6 days a week. Google Maps works flawlessly on it, and THAT is paramount to my needs, navigation, trucking! I had read other reviews commenting about the camera being blurry, I really don't need the camera, but tested it anyway, it looked ok to me! Sound is decent, and the out of the box book reading is more than good for me, I really don't have any negative things to say, but have only checked it out, in the last 24 hours or so, but tried to look, see, play with, everything I could! I bought another one, for back up! :)Read full review

I shattered the screen on my trek and was desperate for a decent replacement, I was absolutely ecstatic when I found this. It works flawlessly, just like brand new.

The processor is extremely slow. It correlates with my other poor experience with Motorola products.
