i ordered this coat again because it seemed to be listed by another seller. seller informed us it was the same coat we had already cancelled due to flawed shipment. seller didn't know if there would be another shipment. refund was immediate.

Apparently in China, they don't correctly label their sizes on shoes.
I ordered a US5, and was sent a shoe labeled 6. I contacted them asking for a refund or the correct size. They say the shoe is correct, a EU6. IT WAS 2 INCHES LONGER THAN MY FOOT. I took pictures, with measurements, and boots that were size 5 as proof. THEY DID NOTHING. No offer to refund or replace.
To return ship it is over $60. Too bad eBAy doesn't guarantee this.
DON'T BUY FROM SELLERS BASED IN CHINA.
