    So the product was stated as 'new', but when I received the box it had a lot of Sellotape around it. Opening the box I noted the TRV valve wasn't in a plastic bag, (unlike the lockshield valve that was) and the olive was missing on the pipe connection end. I assume this was a return, re-packaged and send back out. However, the product did arrive on time and is installed.
