Because of these cartridges, the water is alot cleaner and tastes better. The only problem is that the cartridge needs to be changed every 4 weeks, it would be good if they lasted longer.

faulty prodcuts
I have been using brita products from past 4 years. I was looking for the cheap way to buy them and bought it from this sellor. I opened first filter and it was keep having that black tiny pieces from filter. I know I normally get them at the beginning so I was filtering water about 3 hours but it didn't stop. So I opened second one but it was worse.

Black dust
After using the filter, I see a lot of black dust in the filtered water. It did not happen from my previous filter. So I just threw one away after 3 days of using and put a new one. Same thing happen. Why is that?
