The engine mount was not packaged appropriately. This is a heavy metal automotive part. It was shipped without any protective cushioning. The box was torn from the apparent drops the package received. The aluminum plate attached the part sustained some minor bends. For future reference please give your customers better quality shipping service by packaging the items we purchase so they are protected until they are received. I will not purchase from this seller again!
