I don't like to leave negative feedback so I'll leave neutral but not happy. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!Helmet had a pretty good blemish rite on top which was not stated in the listing. Picture to prove it. Shipping took extremely long but not sellers issue it was a usps issue. Overall not happy seeing poor to no communication to rectify the issue. Item was also a gift which showed up late and damaged. Thanks it looks like it was dropped putting back in packaging. Photos attached.

We have sent you multiple messages since yesterday, so we believe our communication has been exemplary. It was only in transit for a week, which is standard shipping. If you ever need an item quicker, you can always upgrade to expedited shipping. We did send you a message to try to rectify the damage that occurred in shipping and get you a replacement, but you have not communicated back to us.
