I called Kenmore Customer Service and was told I couldn't buy this short hose for my vacuum cleaner - that I had to buy the entire head assembly. Their excuse was that the hose had electrical connections the customer could mis-connect. FALSE! This seller had the hose alone (which had no wiring connections, by the way). It was brand new -as advertised. And reached me in 2 days. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
