    Item condition was not as described, but the seller provided a partial refund to compensate. Customer service was professional and prompt in their responses and providing a resolution. I was happy with the result and would buy from again. The only thing they need to reconsider is how they package items. My book was sent in a thin soft plastic envelope without any padding, so offered little protection during shipping. Generally I was happy with the overall outcome though. Thank you!

    I received this beautiful book today, exactly as described, and posted lightning fast. The packaging was amazingly really lazily done and not much care taken as there were zero protective inserts or wrapping inside just the thin plastic packaging. Very disappointed for a seller that apparently sells thousands of books. However, on a positive note, a great value book in great condition. I highly recommend this seller. thanks :)

    I'm a first-time buyer from this store, and I'm somewhat impressed with their service. Great communication, along with a good range, very competitive prices, and a fast turnaround time. This CD arrived in pristine condition, but I do need to mention that it wasn't well packaged (other discs from them had very damaged cases). But it's important to point out that when things go wrong, their customer care is excellent.
